S\u00e9an <\/strong>studied Psychology at college, then some years later, after different roles within industry, he returned to his interest in human mind and behaviour, embarking upon a counselling course as a mature student.  He subsequently gained a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and became a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  After the award of his qualification, S\u00e9an offered counselling support in a voluntary capacity, both within adult settings and secondary schools.  He now runs his own Counselling Practice, providing one-to-one counselling for issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationships.  Although primarily a person-centred counsellor, he also offers humanistic and integrative approaches.    Alongside counselling his clients, S\u00e9an is employed as a college tutor, teaching the next generation of therapeutic counsellors, work that gives him further insight into different backgrounds and perspectives. S\u00e9an has a keen interest in mindfulness and meditation, with an appreciation of how the mind and body affect each other, and he values the benefits of connecting with the natural environment, through sport and leisure activities.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n
