Whether it&#8217;s going for a run, practising yoga, or hitting the gym, exercise can help you feel more relaxed and energized, and can even help you sleep better at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Mindfulness and meditation are other great ways to manage stress. Mindfulness involves focusing on the present moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It&#8217;s also important to prioritise self-care and make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation &#8211; whether that&#8217;s reading a book, taking a bubble bath, or going for a hike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">If you&#8217;re feeling overwhelmed by stress, it&#8217;s important to seek help. Talking to a therapist or counsellor can be a valuable way to learn healthy coping skills and strategies for managing stress. There are also many online resources available, such as meditation apps and stress-management courses, that can support you to manage stress effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">So this April, take some time to reflect on <em>your <\/em>stress levels and make a plan to reduce them.
